Customers widely recognize our tooling department as a dependable source for precision plastic injection mould manufacturing. Operating in three shifts, we consistently meet reduced lead times. Whether for pre-production moulds using medium-hardened steel or high-volume production moulds using hardened steel, our efficient turnaround enables customers to initiate projects within defined timelines.

Our CAD/CAM and direct machining capabilities allow rapid conversion of part database files into cores and cavities. Complex geometries and contours are efficiently managed by our CNC specialists. With high-speed 3-axis CNC milling machines, we can process a wide range of materials with precision. All programming is carried out in-house.

By incorporating advanced mould design practices, our moulds are engineered for precision and long operational life. With in-house capabilities including CNC Milling, EDM, Wire EDM, Heat Treatment, and Polishing, we maintain complete control over the mould manufacturing process.

From prototype development to high-volume production tooling, our toolroom is equipped to meet stringent tolerance requirements and demanding delivery schedules.
