Our Design Department comprises highly skilled engineers proficient in advanced modelling software. Utilizing NX CAD/CAM (formerly Unigraphics), we directly machine tool details from design data, significantly reducing mould part manufacturing lead time while minimizing the risk of human error. We support multiple file formats, including UGII, Parasolid, and STEP.
In our Engineering Department, skilled Design Engineers deliver the technical expertise necessary for product success. Using NX CAD/CAM, we ensure part data integrity throughout the process. After creating the solid model of the mold, we machine cavity details utilizing advanced CNC milling, WEDM, and EDM technologies. The final molded components are then measured and validated against the original design using precision inspection tools like CMM and VMM.
