Quality remains the highest priority across all operations at 10 Dimensions Tooling, from design through mould manufacturing to injection moulding.

10 Dimensions Tooling Precision Engineering Limited utilizes Mitutoyo CNC CMM systems for the measurement of plastic and tooled components. The system is user-friendly, featuring joystick-based controls to enhance measurement efficiency. It offers a resolution of 0.01 micron, with scanner attachment capabilities that also support reverse engineering.

Our inspection capabilities cover a wide range of components, with instruments capable of measuring up to 1 micron accuracy. The quality facility is equipped with a Video Measuring Machine, Profile Projector (10X, 50X, and 100X magnification) from BATI SM 24 UK, Universal Measuring Machine SIP MU 214B (Switzerland), Trimos V-3 Height Master (Switzerland), and Mitutoyo Tool Maker’s microscopes, among others.

Additional testing equipment includes roughness testers, push-pull testers, torque testers, and leak testing systems to meet specific customer requirements.
