Process control is a critical factor in delivering high-quality precision plastic components. At 10 Dimensions Tooling, this is achieved through microprocessor-controlled, closed-loop injection moulding machines. With machine tonnages ranging from 25 to 300 tons of clamp force and shot sizes from 2g to 860g, we offer a versatile range of production capabilities. We are further expanding capacity up to 660T with shot capacities up to 3kg, along with vertical injection moulding machines to support the full spectrum of precision plastic applications. 10 Dimensions Tooling is also progressing toward the adoption of 2K moulding technology and dust-free moulding environments.

Manufacturing Infrastructure

Our facility is equipped with advanced injection moulding machines and supported by experienced engineers capable of handling complex moulding requirements. We utilize FANUC and Toshiba all-electric machines, along with Milacron and Arburg hydraulic machines integrated with robotic systems to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production handling.
